Konto direkt in der App löschen
Öffne in Durak Einstellungen → Konto löschen. Nach deiner Bestätigung werden dein Spielkonto und alle damit verbundenen personenbezogenen Daten vollständig und dauerhaft gelöscht.
Wenn du die App nicht mehr öffnen kannst
Klicke auf den untenstehenden Button oder sende eine E-Mail an support@sc1zox.dev mit folgenden Informationen:
- Deinem registrierten Spielernamen oder deiner E-Mail-Adresse
- Einer kurzen Bestätigung, dass du das Konto unwiderruflich löschen möchtest
Was wird gelöscht?
- Deine Profil- und Identitätsdaten einschließlich Name und verknüpfter Google- oder Apple-Accounts
- Deine Direktnachrichten und dein Avatarbild
- Deine Matches und Spielstatistiken einschließlich Siege, Niederlagen, Ranglistenpunkte und XP
- Dein gesamtes Guthaben an virtuellen Coins (dieses verfällt ersatzlos)
- Deine Push-Geräte-Token und Benachrichtigungseinstellungen
Alle zugehörigen personenbezogenen Daten werden vollständig und dauerhaft gelöscht. Ausgenommen sind nur die unten beschriebene Löschhistorie sowie steuer- oder handelsrechtlich relevante Transaktionsunterlagen. Letztere müssen wir ausschließlich aufgrund gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten grundsätzlich bis zu 10 Jahre vorhalten; sie werden für alle anderen Zwecke gesperrt und danach gelöscht — siehe Datenschutzerklärung.
Neues Profil nach einer Löschung
Zum Schutz vor Missbrauch speichern wir je Google- oder Apple-Anmeldung lediglich deren interne Kennung, die Anzahl deiner Kontolöschungen und den Zeitpunkt der letzten Löschung. Nach der ersten Löschung kannst du sofort ein neues Profil anlegen. Nach der zweiten Löschung mit derselben Anmeldung gilt eine Wartezeit von 24 Stunden, nach der dritten von 7 Tagen und ab der vierten von 30 Tagen. Liegt die letzte Löschung mehr als 180 Tage zurück, beginnt die Zählung von vorn. Die Löschung selbst ist immer sofort möglich.

Delete Your Account in the App
In Durak, open Settings → Delete account. After you confirm, your game account and all associated personal data are completely and permanently deleted.
If You Can No Longer Open the App
Click the button below or send an email to support@sc1zox.dev with the following details:
- Your registered in-game name or your email address
- A short confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
What data will be deleted?
- Your profile and identity data, including name and linked Google or Apple accounts
- Your direct messages and avatar image
- Your matches and game statistics, including wins, losses, rank points and XP
- Your entire virtual coin balance (coins will be forfeited without compensation)
- Your push device tokens and notification preferences
All associated personal data is completely and permanently deleted. The only exceptions are the deletion history described below and tax- or commercial-law transaction documentation. The latter we must retain only because of statutory obligations, generally for up to 10 years; it is restricted from every other use and deleted afterwards — see the Privacy Policy.
A New Profile After Deletion
To prevent abuse, we keep, per Google or Apple sign-in, only its internal identifier, the number of your account deletions and the time of the last deletion. After the first deletion you can create a new profile right away. After the second deletion with the same sign-in a waiting period of 24 hours applies, after the third 7 days, and from the fourth onwards 30 days. If the last deletion was more than 180 days ago, the count starts over. Deletion itself is always possible immediately.
